In today’s episode, I will be sharing a client spotlight interview with Daniela Kretschy. Daniela is a multi-passionate creative, scientist, mom, Yoga Teacher, and holistic health specialist. We discuss Daniela’s journey into entrepreneurship and her transition from the science world to focusing on the healing arts. Daniela is a Qualified Nutritionist (Magistra), Analytical Chemist (PhD), Yoga Therapist and EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) with over 15 years of experience in holistic health promotion and sustainable living. Dr Kretschy is a passionate cook, mother, nature lover, world traveller, mindfulness and Ayurveda practitioner. She has led holistic health workshops, retreats and courses in Asia, Europe, Australia, Brazil and Canada. She loves working with people and strives to use her knowledge of the human body-mind-emotion complex to help others stay healthy and happy for as long as possible.
